Summary

I have been working in HIV in various capacities for over 20 years, 18 years in domestic public health and four years in Zambia, one year in Antigua & Barbuda in the Caribbean in addition to two short-term international consultancies in Namibia and the Republic of Georgia.

My strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work in multi-cultural settings is an asset. I have lived and worked in rural and harsh environments in Africa and Antigua. I have worked successfully in motivating team members towards positive overall performance. In addition to working collaboratively with a team, I am able to work independently to produce results.

What an agency can expect from me is commitment, passion, flexibility, humor and a desire to produce results. I have worked successfully on the ground floor of projects either through start up or coming in at an early stage and moving the project forward. I understand the need to be timely regarding projects and have been effective while coordinating implementing partners to also be successful in timeline management.
