• Seasoned professional who has executed and supported health communications and advocacy efforts at the local, national, and international level. • In depth knowledge in the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of multi-level communications and advocacy initiatives, particularly for social and behavioral changes in health (e.g., HIV/AIDS, nutrition, water, sanitation, and hygiene, malaria, tuberculosis, etc.). • Substantial experience in social and behavior change communications (SBCC), including but not limited to: conducting formative research; conceptualizing and developing strategies, messages, and materials; and, monitoring and evaluation. • In-depth technical experience in social marketing; qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation; and, health communications, education, and promotion. • Skilled in utilizing human and financial resources to meet complex program needs and limitation to achieve strategic outcomes. • Proven experience in overseeing and implementing training interventions, workshops, and technical assistance (TA) deliveries in various health initiatives nationally and internationally. • Proven public and private sector partner and funder experience, including but not limited to: Ashoka, the Coca Cola Foundation, MTV Tr3s/MTV Latin America, the Pan American Health Organization, Sanofi Pasteur, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the World Health Organization.
