I am a program evaluation specialist with over 15 years of experience in leading teams for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of higher education and training programs within the US and overseas. For the past several years I have managed the implementation of multi-million dollar USAID funded programs with a focus on student literacy, teacher training and in-country capacity building, as well as resource mapping studies.
