I have a Masters in Project Management. I have over thirty years experience working with international organizations (USAID, US Department of State, the World Bank, UNDP, CARICOM). I held the post of Finance Director for a US$11 million GEF / World Bank grant for a 7-years regional project (Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador) from project inception to project closure and was also responsible for administration. Received clean audit reports for all years. I am presently working with the Caribbean Regional Fisheries Mechanism (CRFM) Secretariat as Manager, Finance and Administration. The CRFM Secretariat is a regional organization under the CARICOM umbrella (17 Member States). I am responsible for the financial management of the institution and the administration of the regional headquarters located in Belize and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. I have excellent control of my soft skills, which makes me very people oriented, however, I am also very task-oriented and can get things done while achieving the best results. I am also very dependable and highly dominant when it comes to getting my job done.
