I am an international environmental and social specialist with 25+ years experience on donor-funded infrastructure and industrial development projects in developing Asia and Canada. My scope of work includes environmental safeguards; community and stakeholder participation; project preparation; editorial leadership in the creation of complex documentation packages; river basin planning; and water quality. I am available for short-term assignments, I respond quickly to inquiries, and I can mobilize on short notice. I have worked and am willing to work in post-conflict and post-disaster environments, and in a wide range of sectors and regions/countries.
