Have worked in some 35 countries in sub-Saharan Africa and have lived in Benin, Mali, Togo, Cameroon, Chad, Nigeria, Burundi, Liberia and Niger. Major sectoral experience includes education (adult and tertiary), governance, rural development, and public health; most recent Africa-based assignments include Chief of Party for CARE International (USA) in Cameroon (HIV/AIDS project financed by USAID), from 2015 to 2018; and Chief of Party for the Liberia Grants Solicitation and Management Program (LGSM), funded by USAID (capacity building for NGOs and the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare), for World Learning.
