I am an agriculturalist by profession and have served both the Ethiopian government and different NGO and donor organizations in various professional and managerial capacities for about 31 years. I have served in the areas of agricultural and rural development, food security and natural resources management (NRM). I have also provided consulting services to various agencies. Currently I work as a freelance consultant and co-manager of a private agro-business company here in Addis Ababa.
