I am experienced in operational research from regional to national level with a proven publication record, experience in project conceptualization, writing research protocols for ethical clearance, development and maintenance of data collection tools, project design, implementation and statistical analysis of projects at regional and national level. During my time at Panagora Group, my efforts in quality improvement for HIV and TB services were aimed at closing the gap towards the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) 95-95-95 targets. Here I continued my work with USAID South Africa by developing Quality Improvement materials and tools, which alongside a keen analysis of program performance, exemplifies my commitment to elevating service quality. At Akesis, my role as a Public Health Analyst on the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Procurement and Supply Management project instrumental in shaping global health initiatives, particularly in the HIV/AIDS sector. With a focus on developing data analysis and quality improvement, my contributions support the USAID Washington Global Health Supply Chain Program, enhancing the efficiency of healthcare delivery in U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) supported countries. My expertise in analytical skills and literature reviews underpins the technical leadership provided to complex analysis projects, ensuring that health systems achieve the desired public health outcomes.
