Coming with a Doctorate in Education Psychology and 15+ years’ experience in the development sector, in my current profile based in Delhi, leading educational empowerment programmes of a reputed CSR at national level. Previously I have served in responsible profiles at Centre for Education Management and Development, Bodh Shiksha Samiti, Prayas – JAC Society, Aga Khan Foundation and also as a lecturer at the Faculty of Education at my alma mater, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi. A conscientious person in reviewing existing development practices and creating opportunities to facilitate change for quality improvement in lives of most marginalised groups of society, I have designed, managed implemented and engaged in the evaluation of large scale, complex education projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
