Kia ora, I specialise in developing collaborative relationships across teams, navigating uncertainty and ambiguity in times of change, creating safe, supportive, productive workplaces to deliver programmes, and projects implementing business and technological change. I am committed to delivering high-quality work and supporting our team’s goals. I believe in working collaboratively and maintaining a positive, cooperative environment where we can all succeed. I focus on enjoying my work and helping our team thrive. My career has involved public health, enabling claimant groups through to treaty settlements, managing teams, technology projects and I spent three years leading country scale capability building programmes for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have supported the emergency response to national emergencies, cyclones, earthquakes, the Christchurch terrorism attack, and the COVID-19 pandemic. I received Te Tohu Ratonga Tūmatanui | New Zealand Public Service Medal for meritorious service, I have been honoured with a lifetime membership to the NZ Esri GIS Users Group, and Spatial Excellence Awards for community education. I have four degrees involving geospatial information systems, public health, environmental science, and project management. I have passed the PMI PMP and PMDPro2 exams, as well as practitioner exams for PRINCE2, MSP, and ITIL, and Agile.
