Summary

Dustin holds a PhD in International Studies from the University of Washington. He has expertise in off-grid energy infrastructure, clean energy transitions, public-private partnerships, and rural development in Latin America. Additionally, he co-founded an NGO dedicated to the installation of off-grid solar energy systems in rural communities of Peru. He aspires to support to installation of renewable energy infrastructure in order to increase the social and economic inclusion of historically marginalized groups without replicating the path taken by the expansion of the carbon economy. Research: Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad Grant (Peru); Inter-American Foundation Grassroots Development Fellowship (Peru).
