Elizabeth has developed a thorough knowledge base of humanitarian programmes and contexts, through 10 full years of experience as a consultant (Plus 8 years of experience in humanitarian programme roles). As a Consultant, leading evaluations, needs assessments, feminist MEAL processes, data analysis and coordination for humanitarian, development and resilience focused organisations and agencies (including the Red Cross in East Africa, UNICEF in South Sudan, Relief International in Sudan, UNESCO global programme, World Vision in east and west Africa, ActionAid in South Sudan, Integral Alliance in Indonesia & Mercy Corps in Ukraine. Advising on project impact and quality and providing strategic recommendations. In addition to this she comes with eight previous years of experience in full time emergency humanitarian roles in MEAL, coordination and logistics in the Syrian Crisis, D.R. Congo & Somalia/Somaliland. As a consultant, a particular focus on leading independent impact/quality evaluations, assessments and reviews of multi-country programmes, strategies and systems, in-person and remotely, taking an inclusive and capacity building approach. Inclusive quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
