I have experience with preparing case dockets and documents as well as supervising staff at the Administrative Tribunal of the African Development Bank (the Bank) as well as training Bank staff concerning the Bank’s dispute resolution mechanisms. In my current position as Chief Privileges and Immunities Officer, I manage a team of 10 staff members. My current duties focus, on the one hand, on managing the privileges and immunities of the Bank and its staff and engaging relevant host country officials to ensure proper implementation of the Host Country Agreements and the Headquarters Agreement, and on the other hand, ensuring that the Bank and staff comply with their obligations under the aforementioned Agreements and relevant national legislation. Prior to joining the African Development Bank, I was a practicing attorney in various private and public sector institutions and firms in the United States. I am fluent in English and French.
