With over 15 years of experience in managing programs and operations, I have obtained the ability to set strategic programs directions, lead grants implementation in situations that seem unsolvable, enhance partners and grantees capacity and embed sound control environment across teams. I'm equipped with thorough experience in program Start-up and Closeout. I engaged in all aspects of program management and demonstrated success in making decisions and solving problems in short time frames while ensuring operational and program integrity are undertakings in all processes. I make effective use of my in-depth knowledge of programs design to plan and implement projects and grants in an efficient manner. I'm currently serving the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) in Khartoum, Sudan as the Senior Finance and Administration Manager. I'm handling projects fund totaling of $18 million for three years project. In my previous jobs as Head of Finance & Grants (UKAID funded projects) and Operations Manager (USAID-funded projects), I managed the programs portfolio with a total of $113.7m.
