Emma Dominguez is a public health specialist with more than eight years of international development experience focusing on designing and implementing donor-funded global health programs. She is currently the HIV technical manager and health practice manager in Chemonics’ global health division, where she serves as a technical proposal writer, contributes to industry initiatives, and supports knowledge sharing and thought leadership. Dominguez holds an M.A. from the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University, and a B.A. in print journalism from the University of Montana.
