Emmanuel is a Demographer having qualified with a master of Science in Population and Reproductive Health, Post graduate Diploma in Program Monitoring and Evaluation, A bachelor of ARTS in Social Sciences and a certificate in Clinical Research and Evidence based Medicine. I have 9 years of progressive experience in Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. I am a highly accomplished professional with specialized experience in research and M&E of Public Health, HIV/AIDS, Reproductive Health, OVC, Education, and Gender programs. I have core competences in Quantitative and qualitative data management, Capacity Building for Research and M&E, designing research protocols, budgets, high level work-plans with realistic targets and appropriate performance indicators to facilitate effective M&E. I have developed and implemented robust Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning systems for complex projects and programs. I am a very hardworking and energetic individual with exceptional communication, leadership and presentation skills. Emmanuel is highly analytical and good at conceptualization, logical thinking, and problem solving. I have previously taken lead in delivering private research and M&E assignments for a range of reputable organizations. My proficiency in MS Excel; EpiData; CsPro; STATA; and SPSS make me a very strong candidate in operations research and M&E. I am a team leader, a team player as well as a self-starter who can work under minimum supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
