As my resume indicates I have more than ten years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation. As M&E professional my experience and strength includes:

• Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Designing, Training/ Capacity building
  • Designing and developing project-based M&E plans
  • Managing and Implementing Multidisciplinary and Results-Based M&E surveys
  • Processing, Compiling, Analysing, Interpreting data and Disseminating information to Donors and other Stakeholders
  • Supervising the Monitoring and Evaluation activities in all field areas with project implementation
  • Training of Trainers for M&E- Mentor and Train staff, Local Government and beneficiaries in state-of-the art M&E Approaches and Techniques
  • Used participatory M&E approaches to carry out Assessments
  • Advise Management on the performance of the Project/Organization
  • Experience in USAID and World Bank M&E approaches

I built my strong experience in USAID M&E requirements -PMP, IPTT, DQA , when I worked with ACDI/VOCA as M&E Specialist with USAID funded project called ‘Promote Agriculture, Governance and Environment’ (PAGE) in Sierra Leone. I also worked as M&E Officer with Tanzania Social Action fund ( World Bank Funded Project) and developed a strong capacity in training Local Government Officials on M and E issues and Supervised the tracking of the Project performance for 123 Tanzania Districts. Further more I have experience working under multicultural environment with developing countries’ conflict background, Government officials, Field officers, Professionals and Development Partners. I’m capable of managing the implementation progress of multi projects and provide timely feedback to the Management for decision making.
