I have twenty (22) years of experience in managing Global Fund, USAID, CDC, World Bank and Government of Ghana funded projects in areas of rural development and health. Specifically, and as indicated in this document, I have in lots of experience in stakeholder engagement in building and maintaining highly collaborative working relationships with counterparts at both regional and national levels as well as preparation and implementation of action plans to achieve targeted results. I have also been part of teams that support policy formulation, setting project targets, developing action plans/implementation strategies and developing monitoring indicators with all relevant stakeholders in all areas of concern. I have also been active participant of supportive supervision teams that monitor ongoing project implementation activities and preparing progress reports on projects, propose actions as an when necessary and submit to appropriate quarters within acceptable timeframes. I have also been in charge of day to day operations in most of the positions I held where monthly reporting (programmatic, budgeting and financial accountability) were the major focus. As a planner, I have enough skills to manage, interpret (putting narratives to data), synthesize and present data for a variety of audiences for meaningful policy discussions. I have been a team player and have the ability to work as a team member and in most cases a team leader. This has polished my ability to work independently and take decisive initiatives to advance the courses of projects I have been involved in. In all the positions I have held, technical report writing (inception, progress (monthly, quarterly and annual) and end of project) reports has been a major part of my work. It is the reports that account for prove/evidence of work and also serve as a guide for monitoring/supervision by external monitors. My skills in project management, coordination, stakeholder management, community entry, procurement, finance and administration have been highlighted in detail in the main document. I am a Development Planner and Health Promoter with skills in problem identification, project planning and implementation skills in Community/Rural Development, Primary Health Care, HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis. I have worked as District Development Planner for community development projects. Again. I worked as Country Coordinator for HIV prevention activities with five sub-recipients under my supervision for ALCO. Under the same project, two offices (Information Units) were added to my portfolio where I directly implemented HIV prevention activities and directly supervised twenty (20) project staff (10 at each of the two information units). This position also helped me to gain considerable skill in office administration. Currently, I work as Project Officer in charge of five regions in Ghana with Christian Health Association of Ghana (CHAG) for a Community Systems Strengthen Project by Global Fund NFM3. This project focuses of HIV treatment, care and support as well as TB case find and
