Ms. Erica Penfold is a seasoned and dynamic professional with over 17 years of experience managing and implementing communications strategies, knowledge management and learning for USAID- and other donor-funded projects and programs in Southern Africa, including at least seven years leading the development and implementation of communications activities. She has extensive experience fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, facilitating dialogue and learning, organizing learning events, identifying and responding to key learning issues, and coordinating efforts among development partners in the Southern Africa region, including in the environment, energy, and health sectors. Ms. Penfold is fluent in English and French.
