An experienced programme manager adapts in high value grants management and track record on designing and implementing successful multi-sectorial and multi- agency program funded by various donors (ECHO, DFATD, EU, UN, AECID, ACCD, etc). Proven expertise in using participatory approaches involving communities and drawing on local government support to conduct livelihood gap analyses and develop livelihood strategies and inclusive market system analysis. Experience gained working for Oxfam Canada, Oxfam Intermon, CISP and Ayuda en Acción Have extensive experience and skill in leadership, partnership, team building with people management & working with multi-cultural environment. Strong representation, communication & interpersonal, negotiation, coordination, advocacy and facilitation skills in culturally and politically sensitive environments. Knowledge and experience in relationship-management, and building and working with the public, CSOs, UN agencies, and the private sector.
