Evelyn Cherow, is CEO/Founder, GlobalPartnersUnited, a social enterprise designed for purposes of influencing adoption of 21st century technology applications for health, early childhood development, and education capacity building, job creation, and systems design across a range of sectors and disciplines to address human and social capitol development in low- and middle-resourced countries, improve economic outcomes for individuals and nations, and bridge the digital divide though unique partnerships and creation of communities of practice. In this capacity, she has advised governments, Ambassadors, ministries, professionals, and funders on the value proposition of technology for cross-sectoral program design, monitoring and evaluation, and job creation for professionals and community-based personnel. She has formed public-private partnerships, formed across the global north and south.
