Summary

I am a Syrian-born, U.S. citizen specializing in project management, business development, and technical support in humanitarian assistance and international development—particularly in the Middle East sectors such as disaster response; recovery and resilience; peacebuilding and stabilization, governance, and social cohesion; and economic growth. I bring a total of 11 years of experience in the U.S. and Middle East, including four years of field experience in Jordan and Turkey supporting clients such as USAID, FCDO, AFD, GIZ, BPRM, and UN agencies. As a team leader, I have a proven record managing multidisciplinary workforces, complex programs, and innovative activities in fragile, conflict, or violence-affected countries; bridging gaps between field offices and headquarters; and collaborating with various stakeholders to design and adapt programs, develop new business, and deliver results for both clients and beneficiaries.
