• Around 3 years of experience in managing DCED compliant monitoring and results measurement systems of Katalyst • Over 4 years of experience in analyzing customer’s insight and monitoring quality of customer service agents at Grameenphone Ltd. • Practical knowledge about theory of changes, logframe, M4C approach, private sector development, value chain analysis, grants/challenge funds • Experience in thematic areas such as women’s economic empowerment, capitalisation etc. • Demonstrated analytical skills in designing data consolidation tools, processes for MRM; developing indicators, targets, results chains, monitoring plans; developing study designs, sampling plans, research instruments etc.
