
Fatuma Osman is a Specialist in M&E, Reporting, Adaptive Learning, Research and Communications with 8 years of professional experience supporting development interventions across multiple sectors, including Governance/Democracy, Climate Change, Social Accountability, Gender, Livelihoods, Health, WASH, Conflict and Education programming. She has developed M&E/accountability frameworks and conducted baseline research and evaluations for a range of community programmes, including refugee/IDP programmes in Somalia, Northern Kenya and Ethiopia. Fatuma has extensively supported the design and M&E of development and resilience projects in both Northern Kenya and Somalia. Following M&E roles in IBTCI and CARE International, she has been engaged as a Consultant by numerous organisations in M&E and research functions and has worked on programmes funded by a range of donors including USAID, DfID, ECHO, OFDA and GiZ. She is currently supporting two DFID funded programmes- the Deepening Democracy Programme (DDP) and Monitoring and Evaluation for Somalia Health and Resilience Programmes (MESH II) in MEAL and Change Management.
