Delivered multi-million dollar projects in emergency and development programmes. * Expertise in Procurement Reforms: Instrumental in strengthening procurement reforms in Sierra Leone through proactive efforts in carrying out independent procurement reviews, providing leadership to procurement staff in various government ministries and departments, and ensuring the implementation of the Country Procurement Systems. * Proven track record in contracts management including tender dossier preparation, tender evaluation and report writing, contract preparation based on the UNCITRAL Model Law as well as FIDIC Conditions of Contract, contract award notices, contract monitoring and supplier performance management.
