French and English speaking, I am 16 years experienced in the design, planning, management, monitoring and evaluation of public policies. As team leader I managed complex quantitative and qualitative evaluations in Africa, Central America, Asia and Europe. I designed monitoring system at sectoral level for foreign states and realized evaluations of international monitoring mechanisms. To meet results I implement policy dialogue and support a strong relationship management with donors, institutional and civil society partners to strengthen institutional capacities. As team member, I pay attention to equity, efficiency and learning. I am available to deliver my expertise in various sectors like human rights, health, environment, social, economic development and education.
