My expertise is in decentralized health systems development to support primary health care services. I have helped to build (and re-build) health systems in countries like DR Congo, Liberia, South Sudan and Haiti. That included living/working in DRC for 17 years. My short-term consulting has taken me to 25+ sub-Saharan countries particularly to lead project design and participatory evaluations for numerous NGOs and FBOs. I can provide management and leadership training on a variety of topics, including preparation of PowerPoints, mapping health projects using GIS software, writing concept papers and documenting success stories.
