* Senior International Manager: with more than 25 years of experience in managing programmes and operations in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, Balkans, Caucasus. * More than 15 years of hands-on experience in ensuring primary continuity of operations, as Country Manager, Operations Lead, Country Director, Chief of Corporate Services and now Head, Mission Support Services and effective running of a wide range of services from budget/finance, procurement, travel, facility management, security both at field and HQ, protocol. * Ability to articulate strategic and operational planning, aligning organization's vision with actionable plans while ensuring results and introducing innovation. * Robust experience in managing change and business process engineering, including setting up, aligning and restructuring operations and optimizing the use of resources. * ISO 22301 Senior Lead Implementer certified and more than 15 years of experience in risk assessment, management and mitigation at projects and organizational levels including in post-conflict, natural disasters and failed-state environments. * Extensive experience in leading and supporting multicultural and multidisciplinary teams and ability to work under pressure in complex, dynamic and volatile environments. * CIPS certified (strategic procurement) and Project Management certified * Languages: French and English (bilingual), German (intermediate), Russian (basic)
