Expertise from smallscale to large and very large scale factories. * Training of food operators, inspectors, technicians and management staff: hygienic factory design, foodsafety and food safety standards, project management, by-product utilisation * Pedagogical/educational engineering for food technology training organisations (TVET, universities ):capacity needs analysis; conception of training programs and courses; conception of training premises and selection of equipment. Coordination of the development of a MOOC on educational engineeringhttps://www.supagro.fr/ress-tice/tempus/index.html#contenu in French, English & Russian. * Expertise in food safety management (HACCP and ISO22000), good hygienic practices & good manufacturing practices and in the European food safety regulations (the food law). * Expertise in new product development, from the concept to the packaging and first productions; including preservation and regulatory aspects (residues, additives, claims ) and sensory characteristics optimisation. * Significant experiences in private manufacturing companies, from SMEs to a world leading group as well asin research centres & universities & TVET. * Expertise in project management, * Working knowledge of quality management standards, including ISO9001 and ISO17025.
