A Holder of a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) degree in Civil and Water Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology (Zimbabwe). He has worked for various Rural and Urban Local Authorities in Zimbabwe as Projects Engineer and Town Engineer as well as the Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA) where he held positions of Project Engineer and Water Supplies Manager. Fredy has Thirteen (13) years of Civil Engineering experience which include project planning, preparation, design and supervision for municipal services, water resources infrastructure, and water and sanitation treatment plants and associated bulk infrastructure. Other areas of expertise include procurement and contract management and administration. I am a member of the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers (ZIE) and reading for a Masters in Construction Management.
