I have worked on USAID funded projects for more than 25 years and during that time served as CoP on more than 8 projects. I am currently serving as CoP on a 150 Million USD local government strenghtening project (HOVERLA) in Ukraine. I excel at stakeholder engagement, project management with deep technical expertise in governance, service delivery, legislative reform, citizens engagement.
