Gabriel joined Avascent in July 2010, and works closely with the company's smart power/international development clients. He has worked with USAID and State Department contractors to map and review their procurement, financial, and business development processes as well as build investment theses for public-private partnerships. Before joining Avascent Gabriel worked on issues of economic jurisprudence for the Israel Antitrust Authority in Jerusalem.
