With over 25 years of experience in the international development sector, I specialize in managing and overseeing complex programs, including USG and EU-funded initiatives focused on civil society, governance, child protection, and community development. I have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that drive sustainable change, particularly in youth development, capacity building, and public policy advocacy. Throughout my career, I’ve managed organizations and led multi-disciplinary teams across Armenia and internationally, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Albania. I have extensive experience in fostering collaboration among civil society organizations (CSOs) and facilitating constructive dialogues to support policy reforms. My expertise also includes institutional assessments and organizational capacity building, helping CSOs enhance their effectiveness and advocacy efforts. Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian, I leverage my strong communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills to navigate complex political and social environments. I am passionate about empowering communities, managing organizations, and helping them reach their full potential through strategic development interventions.
