Gene Navarra Gesite Jr. is an international affairs professional with a demonstrated experience in policy analysis, project development and management, research, and international relations. He has a Master’s in European Union Studies and Human Rights from the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia in Spain, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Public Policy from San Beda College in the Philippines. Currently, he works at the Office of the Special Envoy on Transnational Crime (OSETC) of the Office of the President as Senior Desk Officer - acting as close aide of the Special Envoy, ensuring he is well abreast and informed to make sound decisions and statements.
