Mr. George K. Dzeto is one of the five pioneer Phd students at the Centre for Social Policy Studies in the University of Ghana, Legon. He graduated with a Master of Philosophy in Sociology from the same University in 2010 and a Post Graduate Certificate in E-Governance for Executives from C-DAC Mohali-India in 2013. As a professional teacher, Mr. Dzeto is a part-time lecturer at the Presbyterian University College, Tema Campus and the current Executive Director of the Centre for Development Research and Advocacy (CeDRA). His research interests are in Human Capital Formation with specific interest in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), Democracy, Social Protection, Social Mobilisation and Municipal Financing. As a social policy analyst, Mr. Dzeto has served in several capacities such as representing the youth of Anglophone West African in the famous Abuja Debate in Nigeria, a member of the Ghanaian Economic Panel between 2011 and 2014, trainer for advocacy programme for women in Governance and leadership as well as a Budget Analyst in the Local Government Service.
