Geography: over 20 years of professional experience in the former empires of the Ottomans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Turkey), Soviets (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan), and British (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia).
Numbers: projects managed to date, with budgets totalling over €40m, have provided 50,000 work days from teams of up to 92 people. These teams, in turn, have:
a) prepared projects (funding applications, feasibility studies, economic and financial analysis - including CBA and affordability, EIA, FIDIC packages) with a total value of over €2.25 billion. The projects were designed for implementation with funds from the European Union, donor programmes and development banks.
b) programmed over €800m in EU funding (IPA national, IPA CBC, Phare, Tacis)
Clients: the projects managed have provided services to the European Commission (European Structural and Investment Funds, IPA, Phare, Tacis programmes), development banks (EIB, EBRD, World Bank, Nordic Environmental Finance Coorporation, Nordic Investment Bank, Asian Development Bank etc.), Donors (GIZ, SIDA, DANIDA, NORAD, FINIDA), and governments of new EU Member States and Candidate Countries.
