George Mukundi Wachira is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Pan-African human rights lawyer. He is an Edward Mason Fellow and Master of Public Administration Candidate (2014) at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He is the Coordinator, African Governance Architecture and Platform, Political Affairs Department, African Union Commission. He has a Master and Doctor of Laws Degrees in International Human Rights Law from the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2003 and 2008
