Seasoned professional with an MBA from INSEAD and 13+ years of experience in Financial Services/ Payments, Management Consulting and entrepreneurship across the world. I have spent the majority of my career in the private sector mainly in EMEA and I am currently working in the executive search firm that I co-founded based out of Dubai and covering the Middle East region. I have always had a passion for social impact and global development and I am now looking for opportunities to leverage my skillset and give back to the community. Following my MBA, I had the opportunity to volunteer at Yunus Negocios Sociales in Colombia helping and mentoring social entrepreneurs, which further confirmed my decision to work in the development sector. My specific areas of interest, and where I believe I could add most value, include financial inclusion and people's empowerment.
