Giulia De Bernardi has been working in the international development sector for over 13 years. In the last three years, she has been specialising in complex evaluations of multi-country programmes of UN agencies, including UNFPA, UNICEF and UN Women. As an independent consultant, she also provides support in designing and managing development projects. She draws on hands-on experience in the field, gained while working with various NGOs mainly in the areas of livelihoods, gender equality and women empowerment. Giulia holds a MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and a MA in International Relations from the Catholic University of Milan.
