Summary

Mr. Olewe has worked with grassroots, national and international organizations. He has defined Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Frameworks, M&E systems and M&E approaches. He conducts evaluations and researches as well as connects with local and global stakeholders. He generates theories of change and results frameworks, develops M&E plans, generates data collection and analyses plans, designs data collection tools, develops information management plans, generates activity and periodic reporting templates and also designs databases and backups and knowledge management systems. He serves as primary interface with research partners; he works with technical experts to improve partner as well as country-level CSOs reporting mechanisms. He advises interventions, measures achievements, documents lessons and shares learning with partners, beneficiaries and major coordination stakeholders. He implements qualitative and quantitative strategies, documents success stories, case studies, most significant changes and photography. Mr. Olewe conducts trainings on project management and monitoring, evaluation and learning as well as qualitative methods (such as participant observation, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions). He has been responsible for internal as well as external knowledge sharing through community of practice and coordinated with independent consultants. He has coordinated with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government/Department of Refugee Affairs, Department of Children Affairs, Ministry of Health and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugee (UNHCR) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). He has linked with Parliamentary Select Committee on Constitutional Reforms (PSC) and Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture. He possesses M&E experience across governance, countering violent extremism, education and public health.
