I am a humanitarian professional with over eight years of experience in cash-based interventions (CBI), programme management, and monitoring and evaluation. I have a proven track record of managing high-risk projects in conflict zones and have worked in Türkiye, Syria, Poland, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and El Salvador. My expertise spans basic needs, protection, livelihoods, food security, education, and community security through my work with the United Nations, international NGOs, and development organizations. I am recognized for my strong analytical thinking, critical problem-solving, managerial leadership, communication, and coordination skills. I hold a Master’s degree in Political Science, and I am fluent in Turkish, English, and Spanish.
