Greg Payne is the President and Principal Consultant at Emerging Market Enterprises (EME). Greg has over 15 years of consulting and operational experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, and is a highly-experienced practitioner in the fields of strategy, change management, and impact investing. In Washington, DC, he also recently worked to secure pay-for-success (PFS) funding for evidence-based initiatives ranging from teen pregnancy prevention to aging in place. Greg holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Social Entrepreneurship from Duke University, graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Anthropology from the University of Virginia, and is fluent in Spanish.
