Mr. Kearns brings 25 years of international humanitarian and development experience, both as an expatriate having lived and worked for nine years in South Sudan, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Vietnam, as well as a U.S.-based Director and Vice-President leading teams engaging in policy, strategy, business development and provision of programmatic and technical support for portfolios worth more than $750 million. In addition, Mr. Kearns has led and/or managed work in 50 countries in Asia, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Latin America.
