Well published internationally on remedies and dispute settlement and experience in several countries. Extensive experience in legislative drafting and regulatory impact assessments. Has worked on trade remedies, trade law and trade policy in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, the Pacific and the EU; WTO dispute settlement panelist in 5 trade remedy disputes; extraordinary lecturer in international trade law at the University of Pretoria, including being supervisor to several PhD students in international trade law
