* 15 years of senior health and nutrition leadership, management, and technical experience at IMC and other international organizations. * Dynamic humanitarian, emergency, in-country, and global health professional able to effectively manage diverse, multi-donor-funded programs. * Experienced coordinator, program implementor, and clinical skills in the areas of sexual reproductive health Rights including MISP, Family Planning, ASRH, RMNCAH, Primary health care, Nutrition, Immunization, HIV/AIDS, STI management, MHPSS, WASH and GBV programs in Ethiopia both emergency and development. * Motivated leader and adaptable team member skilled in supervising teams at field and country office levels. * Extensive experience in coordinating, implementing, supervising, providing technical support, and managing health activities in clinical and reproductive health programs in emergency context refugee and IDP settings. * Technical competent and skilled in program design, business development, grant management, M&E, logistic and human resource management, HMIS, and preparation of strategic planning for the country office. * Dynamic trainer and facilitator skilled in training design, training manual preparation, adult learning theory, and participatory learning and action. * Outstanding cross-cultural communicator skilled in culturally responsive interviews, counseling, training, and supportive supervision. * Expert in budget, logistic, and human resource management of a project * Good experience in creating strategic partnerships and consortia with international, regional, and local organizations. * Developed proposals and secured funding from various donors in different program areas, such as USAID, BHA, ECHO, UNHCR, UNFPS, UNOCHA, UNWOMEN, IPPF/AUSTINAID, and R2HC.
