Henrik From has worked for more than twenty years on a wide range of international projects as consultant, trainer and project manager aiming at improving the outcome of international cooperation.
As consultant, Mr. From has focused on organisational and institutional development. He has had a strong focus on community development and regional development and has identified, planned and implemented projects using participatory methods, dialogue, and communication. He has supported private companies, governmental and civil society organisations/NGOs. Projects have been supported by the EU, international financing institutions and donors.
As trainer, Mr. From has planned, managed, delivered and monitored training for more than 2,500 persons from more than 25 countries with participants from central government, local government, academia, civil society and private companies. He has developed e-learning programmes, flipped-learning programmes and developed training manuals and training-of-trainers (TOT) courses. His focus has been on ensuring that training improves organisational performance.
As project manager, Mr. From has managed a pipeline of profitable projects, written successful proposals, managed proposal processes for large projects, led consortium negotiations involving several international partners, and managed large scale technical assistance projects.
