I am a highly knowledgeable and skilled Learning and Development Specialist and an ardent management expert with experience in Human Resources Management, Office management, Contract and Procurement Management. In the last 12 years I have worked with International Development agencies in management capacity where I take the lead on the office and HR processes. An ambitious, focused and well organized team player, High-energy administrative, dependable professional with good judgment and wisdom. I have over 10 year administrative and programming experience. Expert knowledge of principles and procedures for starting up and managing international organizations with strong ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing and to apply general rules to specific problems to produce results that make sense. I have extensive experience in employee relations and union avoidance strategies. My ambition is to develop and enhance my skill-set to the point where I will be able to make a positive and significant contribution to my employer's goals, whilst gaining experience and confidence in my abilities.
