I am an international development specialist designing, evaluating & managing development programs. An ex-Peace Corps Volunteer (Cote d'Ivoire), I served with USAID with overseas assignments in Brazil (twice), Southern and West Africa; and in Washington as Director for South Asia and the Administrators Office. My consultancies focus on strategic planning, program & project evaluation,and project design especially in environment, health, HIV-AIDS, family planning, food security & capacity building.
