Hycienth is research, monitoring and evaluation specialist with over four years active experience in managing Monitoring and Evaluation Systems. Specific areas of experience and competence include conducting variety of surveys, research studies and Data Quality Assessment (DQA), managing Information Systems (MIS), and coordinating data collection processes for programme monitoring and impact evaluation. Has been actively involved in over 30 different surveys and research activities, including NARHS and SHARCHS, contributing greatly to the success of each, especially in the area of data management. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, Masters of Public Health (in view), and has acquired vast knowledge in monitoring and evaluation, data programming languages, data management and statistical packages.
