Certified engineering and human resource professional with world-wide experience in international development projects, economic restructuring programmes in transforming economies, emerging markets and post war administrations with UN Agencies (UNMIK, UNPROFOR, UNITU), aid agencies (DFID, DANIDA), the BSI and the EU (EN, EAR, TAUs) leading and working in multi-national expatriate and indigenous teams. Last assignment (pre COVID) in Uganda an EU project to QA the implementation of the Government's new Human Capital Management System for the Ministry of Public Services.
